Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered.  We have minimum group size requirements for all of our activities (6 for laser tag, paintball and bubble football, 4 for wilderness challenge and 2 for archery, axe & knife throwing and DTV shredders). If no other group is booked in for you to join in with your group will have to meet the minimum group size requirements to confirm a booking.

A deposit of £10.00 per player is required at the time of booking (unless stated otherwise in a special offer or package) to confirm your event, and must be received on booking to confirm a booking.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable within 14 days of your event date. If any participant fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and any consumables included in any package booked for that player will be forfeit.

Age Restrictions

The minimum age of all players on the date of the game for paintballing and airsoft is 12 years old. The minimum age of all players on the date of the game for laser tag is 6 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be signed in by a parent or guardian on arrival.

It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure all players meet the above minimum age requirements. Any player who does not meet the age requirements will be refused entry with the loss of all money paid. Battle Grounds accepts no responsibility for customers booking events without checking the ages of participants and no refunds will be given in any instance where a customer books an activity which is not suitable for their group.

Only paintballs supplied by Battle Grounds on the day of your event may be used. All players agree to be bound by our playing conditions and safety rules. Any player that is unable to comply with our safety instructions will be excluded without refund.
